Kachay gosht ki Biryani is a Hyderabadi dum-cooked dish made by marinating chicken with aromatic homemade spices. The rice is parboiled and layered with the chicken perfectly complimented by the exotic use of the right amount of spices. Each bite is suffused with spice, or caramelized onions— mounded in savory flavors. It is served with Raita, a condiment from the sub-continent made with yogurt, mint, and seasonings.
